When she was launched, Olympic was lauded as the world’s largest man-made moving object and her maiden voyage received extensive media coverage. The first of what was planned to be a major trio of luxurious liners, Olympic went on to have one of the most legendary careers of any liner. This drawing depicts her on June 21, 1911; the day she first steamed into New York harbour on her Maiden Voyage. Learn more about Liner Designs’ Olympic drawing here.
